LANCEY Energy Storage was created in 2016 (by Raphaël Meyer, Gilles Moreau and Hervé Ory) to develop accessible energy storage solutions and promote self-consumption in buildings, in addition to fighting energy insecurity. Proudly located in the Grenoble basin, surrounded by mountains and a rich and innovative ecosystem, our team of 30 people are constantly striving to make energy storage more accessible.

The company has developed the most affordable solution on the market to promote photovoltaic self-consumption and offer its customers a comprehensive system to reduce the electricity consumption of residential and non-residential buildings while simultaneously increasing comfort. One of our main objectives is fighting against energy insecurity, as demonstrated by the 3 pillars of our solutions:

• Optimising residents’ thermal comfort;
• Reducing home electricity bills;
• Promoting local renewable energy generation through self-consumption.

Our heating and storage solutions are the easiest systems to install during renovations, replacing obsolete or very energy-consuming electric radiators. In new builds, our solutions meet the criteria of the best regulations for new construction in Europe thanks to their energy efficiency and use of renewable energy. By combining a storage solution with device connectivity and artificial intelligence, LANCEY Energy Storage is able to reduce both the carbon footprint of the energy generated and the user’s electricity bill, optimising the use of photovoltaic panels (via self-consumption) and only consuming during off-peak hours, when the energy is greener. Suitable for detached or multi-unit housing and non-residential buildings, the LANCEY range is supported by management apps that allow users and building managers to control the comfort and consumption of an entire fleet of radiators in just a few taps.
